Record for export of wood products

       The filing and registration of export wood products and wood furniture production enterprises (hereinafter referred to as export production enterprises) refers to the conformity assessment activities of the inspection and quarantine agency to check whether the export production enterprises have the basic export conditions in accordance with the filing and registration requirements。Including the on-site review of export production enterprises and the quality and safety of export products testing。To apply for the record and registration of those who meet the conditions, and to carry out inspection and quarantine supervision of export products in accordance with regulations;Those that do not meet the conditions shall not be recorded and registered, and their export shall be suspended and rectified within a time limit。

       An export production enterprise applying for record registration shall meet the following conditions:

     (A) with independent legal personality, with a business license and organization code, integrity and law-abiding business, no recent export production enterprise responsibility caused by product quality overseas recall, notification or return;

     (b) have a relatively standardized production site, equipped with production equipment and production management personnel to meet the needs of production;

     (3) Be familiar with relevant domestic and foreign technical regulations and standards, and be able to organize production in accordance with the technical regulations and standards of the countries and regions where the export products are imported;

     (4) Establish a relatively complete quality control system from the raw and auxiliary materials into the factory, to the quality control of the production process, export products and other whole process, and effectively run;

     (e) the quality and safety of export products have a certain self-inspection self-control ability or entrust with CNAS accredited laboratories to test, can provide its products in line with the import country and region technical regulations, standards or China's technical specifications mandatory requirements of the test report。

     (6) Meet the requirements of the verification items in the "Export Wood Products and Wooden Furniture Registration Review Form"。

     (7) Comply with the relevant requirements of the Notice on Further Strengthening the Inspection and Quarantine Supervision of Outbound Bamboo, wood and Grass Products (National Quality Inspection Action Letter [2008]69)。
